• What hours are the rooms available?

  The rooms are available to use between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. The last booking will be at 5pm with an end time of 6pm

• What are the nearest stations to The Light Box?

  The nearest stations to The Light Box, are Gunnersbury, which is a nine-minute walk away and Chiswick Park, which is an eighteen-minute walk away.

• Is car parking available?

  There are 6 visitor bays and one disabled bay available at The Light Box on a first come basis with payment to be made via PayByPhone.

• What is the cancellation and amendment policy?

  Our meeting rooms are subject to a cancellation and amendment policy which you can see in our terms and conditions here:

• How do I get the customer price?

  We offer a 20% discount for Workspace Customers (those who hold office space with us). To receive the customer price, you will be required to make an account with us and inform your centre team upon creating it so they can link your account to your company record.

• How do I book catering?

  To order catering at The Light Box meeting rooms, please contact the Light Box café directly at ajitlamba20@yahoo.co.uk

• How do I access the room?

  Upon booking a meeting room, you will receive a booking confirmation to your email with a meeting room pin code that will grant you access into the room.

  You may be required to enter your pin code through some internal doors/lifts on the way to your meeting room. Keep an eye out for the small pin pads.

• Additional information

  There will be a short fire bell test Thursdays at 9.30am 

• Do I need to bring anything with me to my meeting?

  If you are connecting to the screen via HDMI cable, you'll need to bring an adaptor with you if you don't have an HDMI port available on your laptop.

  If your meeting room has a video conferencing bar within the room, or Clickshare presentation technology for screen sharing, you'll need a USB port in your laptop, or your own adaptor.

  If your meeting room has Airtame (wireless screen sharing) you won't need to bring anything for this.
